Whoooooa!! Having finally had time to sit down after three hectic days in big cities. A day in Osaka, and two days in Kyoto; sick many impressions processing, and little time to do it! Travelling alone certainly has its ups and downs, and for a proper höjdare in Osaka, I felt suddenly very lonely when I came to Kyoto. Wrapped around in an area of town that is full of markets, shops and festive little streets, but wanted someone to share all the hectic impressions with. The second day in Kyoto, I woke up with new courage and tried to beat the record for visiting the sights. The fact that one is in Japan, and no signs are written in the Roman alphabet makes that much time going to lash back and forth between bus stations and togplatformer, but I then got to me the most! (Almost. ..) Kyoto is nevertheless a very beautiful city that overflows with old, beautiful temples and buildings.
